Registration for participants

All presenters are required to register for ICBMS5 before 15 June 2026. Any presenter who fails to register before this date will not be included in the conference. The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, coffee/tea breaks, and lunch. Registration fees are as follows:

Registration Process (see here for a flowchart of the process)

(1) Register for conference participation: Those who have an existing account can log in with their account and register. New users must create an account here first.
(2) Receive Invoice: After registering, the organizer will send you an invoice for payment, due within two weeks. The amount to be paid (or waiver status) and the transfer process will be detailed in the invoice.
(3) Transfer Registration Fees: Transfer registration fees as directed in the invoice.
(4) Upload Transfer Receipt: Please upload your transfer receipt to the conference portal.
(6) Registration Successful: You will receive an acknowledgment of successful registration within three weeks of the conference organizer receiving your transfer receipt. This acknowledgment letter with QR code will be used to grant you access to the conference.
